Great small cabin

Cabin was great. Pretty close to everything. Cabin is smaller than it looks in pictures. Road going to cabin was winding and steep in areas. Overall nice place

Smokey Vista Spring Break

The property met our expectations. We enjoyed the location being convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The directions were easy to understand, though the road in and out of the property was a bit challenging for a large SUV to get in and out of. The size was perfect for our family of 5 and our two small dogs. The cabin could use a few updates, namely repair/replacement of one of the bunk beds. Other than that, the property owner did a great job communicating check-in and check-out which made the process stress free.

Very nice cabin

Our family loved the cabin. It's far enough out of town to feel secluded, with no very close neighbors, but close enough to be able to get to everything in about 15 minutes. (GPS had some trouble finding it - we had to go on up a huge curvy road to find the cabin after our GPS told us that we had arrived.) We very much appreciated that it's all on one level - very helpful for my parents who both have trouble with stairs. And we loved that the living room had a recliner, which is a necessity for my dad. It really, really needs an outside trash area and a bigger trash can for the kitchen. We had to keep three days' worth of trash for eight of us in bags in the kitchen. Yuck! Other than the trash situation, our only issue was my 9-year-old niece pushed a bunch of buttons on the door lock and had us locked out temporarily. Lol, the property manager was prompt to help, and it really didn't become a real problem at all. It was clean, comfortable, had plenty of space for us, and the appliances were all new and working. The fridge is very nice. They have board games stocked, and we enjoyed Yahtzee! My adult children loved the hot tub. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay in this cabin again.

Peaceful vacation

We definitely enjoyed our stay. I did have an issue of being over charged on my credit card. After a couple phone calls and sending a few screenshots of the verifications I had received by email, I got a call from them explaining why it had happened and promised the difference would be returned back to my card. They were very nice about it and apologized from the trouble. I did get a refund back within a couple days. The road up to the cabin is short but gets super steep right at the end. Fyi. I'm glad we were in a truck. The leaves were changing and the weather was just starting to get cool at night so we could still take advantage of the hot tub, which was fantastic. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The bed was as well. There were just 2 of us so we didn't use the bunk beds but they are really cute. Only a few minutes from the middle of Pigeon Forge but just far enough away. It was perfectly peaceful for a much needed getaway. I would absolutely recommend this cabin.

Cabin review

Cabin was clean, front door has no handle on inside making it hard to open, French doors to hot tub handle broken and will not open, no curtains in the kitchen, lamp in bedroom damaged wire and will not work, but overall it was peaceful and enjoyed our stay.
