Luxury 6 bedroom modern villa with private pool and stunning sea views

Villa Laranja is an exceptional, modern villa with stunning sea views in the beautiful family resort of Praia da Luz. It has the luxury of being approximately a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) from the beach and the town's many bars and restaurants. However, the villa still retains a high degree of privacy by being situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Situated on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen (brand new installed 2025). This leads through to the stunning circular dining room which flows into the spacious, open and well appointed lounge. Two sets of large French doors open up onto the terrace and private pool area offering wonderful views of the town and coastline. The lounge has three large leather sofas, 55” Smart TV, Apple TV, Freeview internet TV and PS3. A large DVD and Blu-Ray library is also on hand. There is also a real log burning stove should the evenings get chilly! The villa and private pool have fabulous sea views and there is a permanent brick-built BBQ. The pool has steps suitable for kids. Pool dimensions are 4.1m x 9.5m.

About Villa Laranja: This is an ideal luxury base for any group of golfers and non- golfers alike as it can accommodate up to 15 adults, has outstanding sea views and is within close proximity to both Praia da Luz & the lovely fishing village of Burgau for great restaurants, bars, etc. The beautiful old town of Lagos is also very close.

For special occasions we can organise champagne, birthday cakes, spa days at the villa - you name it and we can try to help.

Home was great. The views from the upper rooms are great. The home was generally clean. The main issue we found were excessive ants inside the living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were updated. Its located on a quiet street with plenty of street parking and indoor parking.

The villa was lovely. No longer bright orange but not important. All the rooms were very clean and the balconies were great. The pool was very refreshing but paying extra for heating was silly since it is just a pool cover. The kitchen had everything you could want. A wine refrigerator was a nice touch. The walk to town got easier after the first day. Praia de Luz is a lovely town with good restaurants. Ubers were inexpensive and easy to use.

Excellent stay in gorgeous villa in Luz. Incredibly well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for a large group of adults. Each room with ensuite bathroom which was excellent. Cannot fault Richard and Karen as hosts; communication was faultless from booking to departure. Photos don’t do the villa justice, prime hillside location with incredible sea views from the terrace.

Family Portugal vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for us. Richard and Karen were such responsive and gracious hosts through the entire process. Additionally , the local property manager folks were Johnny on the spot if anything needed done. The house was very large, nicely appointed and felt like home. The pool was the peace de resistance! Very large, cleaned regularly and the perfect temperature. The location of the house could not have been better. Beautiful view, private yet close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Villa Laranja was a optimal place for our familyholiday with 15 persons. There is enough room to be together, to enjoy the pool and to cook in kitchen. The location is very good, peacefull but in the walking distance from the sea.
