Inverness Condo #A212 is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of the Inverness condo complex. This Comal riverfront condo has direct access to the Comal River as well as a shared pool. The condo has additional shared amenities including a large outdoor deck overlooking the Comal River, BBQ grills, and picnic tables. Located directly across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and walking distance to last tubers exit and Downtown New Braunfels.
You are able to access the condo by stairs or elevator. The master bedroom features a King size bed, close proximity to the full size bathroom with shower/tub and views of the Comal River. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, Comal River views and is located directly across the hall from the shared bath. Both bedrooms have HDTVs. Lastly, the living room has a Queen size sofa bed and HDTV.
The full size kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for food prep. Linens, towels and basic necessities are provided for each guest.
The Comal riverfront balcony complete with views of the shared pool offers guests plenty of outdoor seating.

::Stay & Play:: River Tubes *Info given after booking* We work closely with a 3rd party equipment rental company that provides tubes to guests staying at our Downtown New Braunfels properties for an additional cost. The tubes are dropped off at the property prior to your arrival, aired up and ready to go so all you have to do when you arrive is jump on in! Let us help get your vacation started even sooner!
::Airport Shuttle Transportation:: New Braunfels is conveniently located less than1 hour from San Antonio International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.

Perfect location on the river!! They also had a service that would bring tubes to your unit for the diratuon of your stay. We had a great time with family
We loved the condo! The view was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was finished with just what we needed and it was an easy walk to the park. We would absolutely stay here again!!
Family trip to Schlitterbahn for my daughter's birthday. Excellent location, basically across the street from Schlitterbhuan, and great river view. Loved the easy access to the comal river. This area of the river was perfect for us with waist deep water making it nice to hangout in. Overall, great property!
Our stay was seamless from start to finish. All information and instructions were communicated clearly prior to our stay. We were pleased with the decor and cleanliness of our condo as well provisions available to us. The location was fantastic and scenery was beautiful! We definitely would recommend Inverness!
We had multiple issues during our stay. Parking was not accessible. Outside lot was full, and our spot in the garage parking was inaccessible. It was at the very far corner of the garage and had a concrete pillar at the front of it. The garage parking was also full and access to this one spot would have been very difficult for even a small car, let alone a truck. When asked about it we were told to park several blocks away. The condo area had a lot of very intoxicated adults at it and was not family friendly. The pool was full of drunk adults who had inappropriate music playing loudly until approximately 1 am. Therefore my children had to leave the pool and then also couldn't fall asleep. The 2nd night there the air conditioner quit working so nobody got any sleep that night either. When I approached the management about the AC unit the response was snippy and not kind. I was never offered any type of refund or compensation for all the troubles we endured. My last message to them was never even responded to. I would not recommend this management team or property especially if you have children.
