Property was clean and in excellent condition. It was exactly as described. It was right along the Comal river which allowed us to put in by Landa Falls and then exit right at our place. The inner tubes provided were in great shape and perfect for floating the Comal and Guadalupe. The location was perfect to visit a variety of restaurants and local amenities. Would highly recommend people consider this property when visiting New Braunfels.

Clean and good location

We stayed here because it was close to the beer festival. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It has access to the river and they provide tubes. Would definitely stay here again. It would be perfect for 2 couples, each bedroom had its own bathroom.

We had a great stay!!! A nice condo to stay in for a long weekend. Also great the river is so close. All access to everything and instructions were left in the condo with no issues. We would stay at this condo again or another property in the future.
