Luxury Hidden Gem with Pool

This peaceful, but centrally-located home in St. Pete is your perfect get-away. Explore all the city has to offer with amazing parks, beaches, museums, restaurants and night life. Located a block from Crescent Lake, with pickleball, walking paths around the lake, and playgrounds. When looking for some downtime or a little break from the energetic downtown of St. Pete. it's a quick retreat to your peaceful pool oasis. It's a special place, in a special neighborhood, in a special City.

The home is a four bedroom, three bathroom historic home that has been recently renovated. It is comfortable with lots of spaces for everyone.

On the first floor, there is a TV den with closing barn doors, living room, kitchen, full bath and the primary bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The kitchen is fully appointed for any of your cooking needs.

The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. Two bedrooms each with queen beds and a large third bedroom with queen bed, twin bed and twin trundle that sleeps 4.

Guest will be provided a key-code for the front and back door prior to arrival.

Convenient to everything, especially North Shore Aquatic Complex

We loved staying in this beautiful house! There was plenty of room for our family of five plus grandmother and a family friend. The location was perfect for trips back and forth to the North Shore Aquatic Complex for a swim meet and also an easy 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is also walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream. The house has lots of great amenities for families - pool, games, cards, puzzles, and portable JBL speaker. Cant say enough great things. We’ll definitely be back!

Charming Craftsmans

Little mishaps of the a fan and flood lights not working but communication was prompt and took care of the problem. Love the pool and backyard area, and it all accommodated 5 adults and 3 kids! TIP: If you have any problems, issues, or questions, it is best to communicate to take care of the problem.
