Two-Story apartment in booming Port Richmond! Located just minutes from several of Philadelphia’s best restaurants, this property is perfect for travel healthcare workers, other workers who will be in Philadelphia for an extended time, or for those who want to visit the city!
With two large bedrooms, one bathroom with a rainfall shower, full kitchen, washer/drier in unit, Youtube TV, HBO Max, and a shared backyard, making this property more than comfortable for those visiting Philadelphia for an extended time.
This property is a duplex. I live in one unit. The listing is for the entire second apartment, which includes the second and third floors. The front door opens to a shared hallway with two front doors for each apartment, It is a completely separate apartment. The backyard is shared.
This is not intended as a party house, I live in the unit on the first floor an wake up early to go to work.
