Our place is a newly renovated.! You'll love the kitchen, the fireplace, the outdoor deck and it's coziness. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Guests will like having their private entrances to their downstairs garden level apartment.

Our Victorian row house, with the red door, is located in the heart of East Lincoln Park & walking distance to Lincoln Park Zoo, the Conservatory and many restaurants and bars. (see photos).

Transportation is very convenient - Bus routes stop at the corner & taxis are easy to hail.
If you are driving, we have covered parking for a nominal charge.

My wife and I stayed for three nights for a short getaway. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and bars was perfect for us. Covered parking nearby was very convenient. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, perfect two people. The bed was comfortable and bathroom/shower were clean. The kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it for anything other than to make coffee and store some leftovers in the fridge.

Excellent location for exploring Lincoln Park by foot or a quick Uber ride to popular Chicago attractions. Jon was a very pleasant and welcoming host . The apartment is nicely furnished and up to date on amenities .

Fantastic location, convenient and secure parking, cute garden level configuration. Unfortunately, the bathroom drainage pipes were emitting unpleasant sewage odors, enough to diminish the quality of our stay.
