Important Note:
This home had no damage from hurricanes in 2024. Everything is perfect here. Beaches are beautiful, pool is relaxing and welcoming. Thankfully the island restaurants and bars are also back up and going fun island style!
Unique totally remodeled private home nestled amongst the tropical trees and mangroves. This perfectly remodeled home has all the conveniences and is only one block to the beach. Added bonus, the home shares a community pool just across the street. Quiet, friendly, well behaved dogs allowed with a $200 additional pet fee.
The Space:
Enter this darling elevated "Tree House" into the brand new kitchen, dining and living room open and bright concept floor plan.
The kitchen has everything a cook could want to make food prep fun and easy. This home has both a center island as well as a spacious dining table and wet bar sure to bring friends and family together for meals and memorable times together. The living room has a high end leather and chair combo to help you sink in and enjoy some unwind time while enjoying the 75" Smart TV programming of your choice.
French pocket doors open to a light and bright flex space. This room features a desk plus a twin size daybed with a twin size trundle. This room comfortably sleep two guests.
Down the hall you will find a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, plenty of dresser and closet space as well as a perfectly updated and remodeled bathroom. Additionally there is a main bathroom that also has just been meticulously and stylishly remodeled. Last but not least the second bedroom offers a comfy queen bed with additional closet and drawers galore.
Underneath the home there is a bonus seating area to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful and serene topical setting. You will also find a propane grill there and ready for your use.
The full size washer/dryer is also in the lower area for your convenience.
Just across the street at the sister property is the community pool of your enjoyment.
Quiet, well behaved and friendly dogs welcome with a $200 pet cleaning fee.
