What a fun place! Very spacious! The river on the property is beautiful and there are hiking trails and disc golf right on the other side of the bridge. Loved the hot tub overlooking the river. Took a minute to figure out how to shower while sitting in a tub. We're excited to see how the other rentals being built on the property turn out. 3

Thanks, Vanessa — glad you enjoyed our apartment and the riverside hot tub, trails, and disc golf nearby. I appreciate the note about the shower setup; we’ll update the instructions to make it easier to use next time.
Great place! Clean and cozy- all the great kitchen amenities plus coffee. Super cute for a fun weekend. Most awesome barrel sauna plus hot tub. Had a great time! Thank you! Communication was excellent!
Tyler was very responsive and polite with any needs we had. Although it is a basement apartment, it was very cozy and had everything we needed. We especially liked how it was located on a dead end road that had a fire pit overlooking the woods and a river nearby. The shower in the tub was difficult to use, but we really liked the outdoor shower. The hot tub overlooked the river and my children loved it. We would stay here again. Thanks Tyler!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Overall, we had a great visit to the Smuggs area and the unit was fun and acceptable for our needs, albeit some info about the unit was left off the listing or under communicated... ProsLocation! This rental is practically at the base of Smuggs, with easy access to both the mountain and disc golf. Walking distance to a pizza joint and nice brewery. 30 mins to Stowe and 1 hr. from BurlingtonThe unit is full of games of all kinds for kids and family fun!The available amenities were great (hot tub and saunas)The beds were comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few mealsConsThe bulk of the property was under construction (septic?) and not communicated. Several of the amenities were unavailable (backyard, bulk of picnic/firepit area, outdoor shower) due to the sameBASEMENT apartment, below a larger rental, and the two families above had no respect for those below (loud floor) stomping from 6 am to 11 pmThe bath tub-shower combo, although unique, was very difficult for anyone over 5'10" to use, and the advertised outdoor shower was not available to supplement as others had commented. Floor will be wet and require cleanup after each useThe lack of the outdoor shower also led to the hot tub being unusable after the aforementioned families used on the second night (Green, slimy, and filled with mud/mulch) I would recommend this unit to a large family who can rent the full house as a whole and enjoy the facilities without issue!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, Christian. I’m glad you enjoyed our apartment’s location, games, and spa amenities, and I appreciate your feedback—I'll be working to improve communication and make sure everything is ready for future guests. I did let you know about the temporary site work being done, but I'm sure I could have communicated more clearly to better set expectations
