This home sleeps 8 guests comfortably. There are hardwood floors throughout. Step out on to the deck and enjoy the outdoors while cooking out on the grill or snuggling by the fire pit! You may see deer or turkeys at any given moment. Pre-approved K-9 companions welcome ONLY WITH ADVANCE NOTICE. There is plenty of room to play catch, play corn hole or sit outside and enjoy the views of 5 secluded acres. Bring your boat it is a quick drive to Lake Erie! Plenty of parking. There is so much to see in Ashtabula County. Covered Bridges, Wineries, Historic Lift Bridge, Geneva Grape Jamboree, D Day, Ashtabula County Fair, Thunder on the Strip, Spire Institute. Quick access to I 90 & RT 11. Property is 50 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 45 Minutes from Erie Pa.

Why they chose this property

I have lived next to this home for 30 years, once it became available for sale I purchased it. I would like others to enjoy the quiet country life! Beautiful yard with plenty of leg room.

What makes this property unique
