Amazing!!!

We definitely had a great time and loved the condo. Great location and nicely decorated. Very clean, comfortable bed, shower was nice, and all the extra amenities to make sure we were comfortable. Very much appreciated. Zim is amazing! We will definitely book again.

Would stay again, great property

Enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and just as described. Perfect location, the condo patio was just steps away from the pool or just a quick walk across the street to the beach. Large sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but it is a sofa bed afterall and everything else about the condo made up for it. Getting parking passes after the office closed was a bit confusing, but mainly because they were still doing clean up after the hurricane and the office was completely gutted and didn't have instructions that we saw on what to do if arriving after they closed for the day. A board member happened to be there by the pool though and she helped us. Everyone was nice, property was fenced in, Walmart is very close if you forget something and the condo was lovely. Zim was a nice host, condo was stocked with kitchen items, laundry needs and even had some pool/beach toys in the storage bench on the patio for those traveling with kids. We would stay there again.

The check in process was simple and quick. Parking with a larger vehicle was relatively close to the unit. The unit while small is arranged to comfortable seat and sleep a family. The beds are comfortable, drapes were blackout, sofa bed and roll away beds were high quality and comfortable. Location was walk out the back door to pool close and easy to see older children from the porch. There were toys for the pool and beach that we did not utilize but a nice option. The kitchen had a rice maker, air fryer and many options for families. The washer and dryer came in handy as we were visiting for a beach soccer tournament. The unit was clean and had a vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies so if we tracked in sand, we could clean it up easily. The ground floor was great for us as we had a cooler to take in and out daily. The refrigerator had an ice maker and in door water. Everything we needed was there. Wifi and cable worked wonderfully. The gated community felt safe and secure, staff came around and checked wrist bands in the pool so only guests were using amenities.This property was very high quality for the price point. Drawbacks: limited bathroom counter space. Limited plugs in bathroom for teen girls. High sink in bathroom for shorter kids. Might add a step stool for littles. Excellent property!
