As you enter, you will be enchanted by the view. You will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, refrigerator, and all the essential appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. Relax in the cozy living room, where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV with cable channels.

Enjoy the property's traveler favorites, including a heated pool, relaxing hot tub, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and you can also lounge on the Whale's twin bed compartment. Refresh your wardrobe with the in-building washer and dryer. You don't need to rent beach chairs and umbrellas, as they are provided. You will also get board games and beach supplies.

You can start each day with a cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine on the balcony enjoying the view of the gulf.

Beyond the indoor comforts, this beachfront oasis boasts stunning views and ample outdoor amenities. Soak up the sun on the balcony, relax on the beach loungers, or explore the nearby outdoor play area. Immerse yourself in the coastal charm and create lasting memories during your stay.

Parking is available inside the condominium. The HOA charges $40 for a stay of up to 14 days to cover parking and amenities. Pets are not allowed.

Check out instructions: 1. Check out time is 11:00 AM 2. Leave in their place all the bedsheets 3. Set the thermostat to COOL 78 degrees in Summer and turn it off in Winter

5. Please assure that you leave the door locked and 6. Send me a message when you leave the condo to coordinate the cleaning crew.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

People who taught me in the lobby were not very friendly. There were cockroaches in the apartment, the bathroom was moldy. The space is very small. We do not recommend it.

Out of 10. I would give it a 6.Ugly roach in tub when we got there. Bug man came in without letting us know beforehand. A realtor walking in while we were visiting. I don't like people having our code while I am there. The last 24 hrs the elevator did not work. We were on the 3rd floor.

Nice location, with a view of the ocean from the balcony. You can walk right across the street to the beach. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The pool is just downstairs, and it's pretty nice. The host is very responsive to messages.One problem is that the wifi doesn't really work from inside the apartment. I had to go downstairs to the pool area to get a good signal. Other than that, everything went pretty smoothly.

This is a great condo for a couples getaway. The host made our trip special by providing information on the area of what things we can see and do. Beautiful view and convenient to the beach which is across the street. The condo has awesome special things provided by the host such as beach toys, chairs, and plenty of convenience items in the kitchen. The board games and video game system are a nice touch. Every room had candles available and blankets to keep us comfortable. The condo is very clean and cozy.The complex has two pools and two hot tubs. The host is kind and communicates quickly and effectively. Fantastic stay!!!

There is a nice beach view given the condo is on the 3rd floor. The beach view from the balcony is partially obstructed by another unit, but it is still a great view. The entire condo was great. It was well stocked, absolutely clean, and included nice extra amenities. Thanks for having me.

The condo itself was super clean and easy to access. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when questions arose. The Victorian was a little dirty but the condo inside was clean and tidy. Some of the chairs were torn up around the pool but once again that was a Victorian issue not a condo issue. It was family friendly and provided chairs for the beach along with games, etc.

Because that. I bought an apartment in Playa del Carmen (Riviera Maya-Mexico) and now in Galveston. As I can not use them all the time, I share them as vacation rental property.

Why they chose this property

Galveston is the closest beach to Houston. I really love seeing the water. When I lived in the city where I was born, my apartment has a wonderful view of the lake. In Rio de Janeiro I lived facing the ocean. Now in Galveston, I can finally wake up and see the Gulf.
