The ONE and ONLY luxury property at Northstar within a 3 min walk to the Northstar Village! And, it has a private hot-tub, is pet-friendly AND has a fenced-in backyard and front yard! And a driveway for 8 cars! It also has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a gourmet and fully stocked kitchen, fire pit next to private hot-tub, al fresco dining table with fire pit on the deck, dog crate,& access to the Northstar Rec Center (for a daily fee) and the Village Swim & Fitness Center. One dog max. Pet fee is $125/night and a $350 pet deposit is required.

Why they chose this property
You can walk to the Northstar Village where you catch the lift or gondola to go up the mountain to ski or ride! The Village is awesome! It has restaurants, stores, a skating rink, a movie theater, fire pits, gear rental, small grocery store and more. The Highlands Gondola which goest to the Northstar Ritz Carlton is even a shorter walk, just 2 min from the property.
What makes this property unique
It is the ONE and ONLY property that is within walking distance of the Northstar Village (3 min walk) and is pet-friendly, has a fenced-in yard and has a private hot-tub! There is no other property like it! It feels like a house with a long driveway and front yard but it's shocking it's so close to the Northstar Village!
