Beautiful Lake Tahoe home within the 5 Star Northstar Resort & recreational area

Our home is located at Northstar at Lake Tahoe. A Five Star World Renowned Resort. The Free Shuttle Bus stops just in front of our home! Our home has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one bedroom is a TV room/play room with a daybed. It sleeps 13 comfortably including several couch's. There are 2 fireplaces to keep you warm as well as forced heat. There is also plenty of room for sleeping bags on the floors. Our home is approximately 2200 sq. ft. The front door and driveway are under video surveillance with alarm to ease in flexible of check in.

The master bedroom is upstairs, it is equipped with a California king bed and has it’s own bathroom and a cool fireplace heater please provide your own firewood as insurance has asked we not stack it on or near the house because of high fire danger. The bonus room is located downstairs with three other bedrooms and a bathroom. The other bedrooms consist of two bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with two twin beds one of them also has bunk beds as well. All of the rooms have large closets in them. Last bedroom is game room/tv room downstairs has one couch and a twin day bed that kids can also use as beds, which they love to do! This room does not have a closet.

Both bathrooms have hair dryers in them. One less thing to bring! There are plenty of towels in the house. There should be two in the master and the rest are stored in the downstairs bathroom and or closet. There is a large cupboard there where you will also find the extra toilet paper.

Head over to the NPOA Recreation Center and use your renters pass to access the year-round outdoor heated lap pool, huge seasonal recreational pool, three big outdoor hot tubs, his and hers dry saunas, fitness center, seasonal tennis courts, playground, pay to play arcade, and game room with ping pong, pool table, and air hockey! With my membership there is a $10 fee per person to enter. Or, you can shop, eat, ice skate, see a movie or experience the s'mores and fire pits waiting for you at Northstar Village.

In the summer, enjoy the golf course, divided into the 'mountain nine' and the 'valley nine' for great variety. Or, you can take the gondola up the mountain and have a drink at the Ritz Carlton or test your biking on the trails and terrain features. Northstar is also centrally located to all the attractions of the area: 10 minutes to Truckee, 10 minutes to Kings Beach and Lake Tahoe, 15 minutes to Crystal Bay's historic casinos and nightlife, fifteen minutes to Incline Village's dining and casino, and 30 minutes to Alpine, Squaw, and Tahoe City.
