Brand new, private lakefront home. There are only 3 houses on this lake and we own a rent out 2 of them. Our 2nd home is 4 bedrooms/2 baths(link below) Great opportunity for large groups to rent both homes. Truly beautiful setting all year round. 20 minutes to ALL STAR VILLAGE. BELLEAYRE or PLATTEKILL skiing less than an hour drive. Charming local restaurants & boutiques are listed in our welcome book. 12 miles to ONEONTA. Great golf near by. Property offers 30 acres to explore if you so desire.

Perfect escape

Very clean, comfortable lake house that is as good if not better than the pictures. Easy 20 min drive to Allstar village, was nice to relax and catch fish I between kids baseball games.

Weekend Trip

Loved how modern and clean the house was upon arrival. I have stayed in other vrbo houses and this by far was the cleanest! We loved how close the lake was to the house. Kids enjoyed canoeing and kayaking. We took a day trip to coopertown, only about 50 minutes away. It was the perfect little getaway!
