Overall, great place to stay. Convenient to the Grapevine downtown, Gaylord Resort, shopping and airport. House was very comfortable. Only exception was that you could not control the AC below 70 but every room had a ceiling fan. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced!

We had a very nice stay at David's house in Grapevine. We were in town visiting some of the local attractions and this house could not be more convenient to the downtown area. We will most definitely look to book this home again in the future. Thanks, David!

Ladies Work Trip

This is a great place to stay! It’s close to a lot of wonderful places in Grapevine. We had a dental conference at the Gaylord which was less than 10minutes down the street. David the owner responded fast and was easy to contact. The house was great for 4 adult women. The bathrooms do not have a lot of counter space. Cleanliness was good except for a couple of dust bunnies and cob webs on the light fixtures. We are dental hygienists and pay attention to details. The backyard and porch were so nice and big! We played some of the games provided and that was fun as well. The living room was great and we enjoyed hanging out in the house. We would definitely stay there again!!!

My background is one in real estate development and management of all types, for over 40 years. We have built dozens of homes, and renovated many dozens more, including this property.

In addition to our Grapevine Bungalow, we have
10 additional properties in the stockyards section of Fort Worth.

We are always available and within reach, and in fact, I live 20 minutes nearby. So we are very responsive to our guests needs!

Why they chose this property

We are uniquely and conveniently located very close to DFW airport, and a half mile stroll down to the N. Main St. Historic District of Grapevine, where all the cool wineries, restaurants and entertainment venues are. We are also a three minute drive from Gaylord Texan Hotel, and Great Wolf Lodge and Waterpark.

So everything is a quick shot from our location !
