The place was great. There is a 75.00 parking fee per car that I didn’t know about so that was a little surprise. But all was good

Zach was very attentive in communicating. The condo was clean, and in an excellent location. We will definitely keep this unit in mind when coming back down to OC!

Not a bad stay. My friendly observation on space and sleeping arrangements…Only 5 of our planned 7 attended the trip. For 2 adults and 3 kids (17, 13, 13) the space and sleeping set up worked. With 2 more adults, it would’ve been a little tight. The bunk bed room notes a double bed in the same room. The bed was actually a futon and when I went to make it up as a bed, the closet was cluttered with nothing I could tell was either clean or used to make a clean, comfortable bed. I would recommend clarifying that in the description and maybe having it already made up and ready to use prior to guests checking in. The extra “den” living space is a nice bonus area. Overall, good size and space for our group of 2 adults, 2 good sized teen boys and 17 year old girl.

The unit was clean, bright, and most of all comfy! We enjoy Sea Watch for all of its amenities, and the kids especially enjoy the option of the beach or pool. We will be back next year!
