The house was fantastic. We arrived a few days after the hurricane came through and the host provided updates leading up to the trip and was responsive to all our questions. The pool had some debris when we arrived we requested service and a pool guy was sent out later that day to clean. Unfortunately, the property is already booked for our vacation next year but we would definitely stay here again.

Location and house was as listed (minus blowdryer) and everything we expected. Host was easy to communicate with. View was gorgeous. Rooms clean and nice! (ceiling fans would of been nice) great property overall.

Nice house. The management is not responsive or flexible. They do not provide beach towels or dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and other basic items. Despite an early and inflexible checkout time, they did not accommodate us by letting us store our bags in or outside the the house for an extra hour while we got breakfast, so 18 of us guests had to lug our luggage around. Very apparent they are not accommodating and cut corners when it comes to basic necessities at the hose.

As outlined there, each reservation includes a starter supply of essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms (paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, sponge, trash liners, and small toiletries). Beach towels are not provided, and we do recommend guests bring their own. Check-out time is also noted in multiple places as 10:00 AM to allow our team adequate time to prepare the home for incoming guests. We understand that travel days can feel rushed, and we always encourage guests to keep personal belongings secured, as leaving items unattended may carry unnecessary risk. We take great pride in maintaining this home and delivering a high-quality guest experience, as reflected in many of our previous reviews. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue reviewing how we communicate pre-arrival details to ensure everything is as clear and helpful as possible.
