About this property

Condo in Pinehurst on first fairway of Pinehurst 5 golf course. Right across the street of Fair Barn

Enjoy all Pinehurst has to offer! Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home is located on the 1st fairway of Pinehurst #5 and directly across the street from the Fair Barns. We have a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook, or we are located just 1 mile from the village. We can comfortably sleep 4 guests with our pull out couch and 2 twin beds. Enjoy your coffee or tea on our screened in porch without being bothered by any bugs.

Our home is located of the first fairway of Pinehurst #5. There is plenty of parking out front if you are traveling in multiple cars. When you enter the home, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area with seating for all and a screen in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or a beverage after a long day of exploring or playing! In the living area you will find a comfy couch that pulls out info a queen size bed, a rocker chair, and a SmartTV where you can stream your favorites! In the bedroom we have two twins. Off of the bedroom we have a bathroom with a shower tub if you have little ones who need to bathe.

Guest will have access to the whole unit.

We are located just down the street. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during
your stay.

The condo was in a great location. Our host was always prompt in communicating with me and even left us check in early which was very nice. The furniture was not the same as the post but that was okay. The condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course. It was nice to be able to bring our dog along.

Perfect Stay with Great Location and Pet-Friendly Comfort

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo condo! The location was perfect—right on the golf course with beautiful views, and close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated that it accommodated our dogs, making the trip even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I found this place on VRBO, and was glad I did. It was right across the street from the reception venue, and we were able to walk across the street. The condos are older, but this unit had everything we needed for our short stay.

Pinehurst condo

Condo was as described. Locations is good, off the first fairway on course #5. Close enough to walk to Pinehurst Cradle/clubhouse/driving range. Directly across the street from the train tracks and right off the main road. The train only comes a couple times a week, but will be loud. Property management even gave us a toaster for the couple weeks we stayed . The screened in porch was nice despite the crazy amount of cobwebs. Overall, the whole place was clean and does the job.

Stayed 3 nights. Unit was small but pleasant. It felt like unit was cleaned two months ago and not prepped for visitors (spider webs/dust) It advertises washer and dryer, but they are not in the unit (on property laundry rooms).
