Cozy two bedroom one bath house that is an easy 10 minute walk to thebeach. 1 mile to the San Clemente pier, easy stroll to restaurants, bars, parks. Bicycles, surfboards included in the rental. Outdoor shower and a ton of outdoor living space. Barbecue, picnic table, cornhole, outdoor fire pit too. Beachside living at its finest. One driveway parking spot

The house is fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, microwave coffee maker, washer, dryer, television, and wireless Internet. All bedding is included as well.
