Come enjoy the beauty and serenity of the outdoors at Truman Lake, Warsaw, Missouri. Sleeps 20. This home provides a great get away during every season. Enjoy boating, fishing, jet skiing, swimming, golfing during the summer. Go for walks in the spring. Enjoy the beautiful changing leaves in the fall and be amazed by the soaring eagles in the winter. Located in Teal Bend near Long Shoals Marina, we are just minutes away from many antique malls, restaurants and shopping. This nicely furnished 2800 sq' home overlooks Truman Lake with a short walk to the water. The home is finished in Knotty Pinewood and laid out on 3 levels with the upstairs overlooking the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms & 1 bath located on each level allowing guest privacy when desired. Large gathering areas on the main floor and on the lower level provide space for socializing with a large deck on the lower level. This home is furnished with major appliances including washer and dryer. Just bring the boat, golf clubs, fishing poles and groceries. Ideal for single or multifamily gatherings.

NO PETS/ NO SMOKING. $410 per night (3 night minimum)
Holiday rates $440 (New Years/ Memorial weekend/ 4th of July weekend/ Labor Day Weekend/ Thanksgiving Weekend/ Christmas Week ) Responsible parties only, must be 25 years old. Rates subject to change without notice. Non-refundable Cleaning fee and security fees apply. (An additional refundable cleaning/damage fee of $100 is charged within the initial cleaning fee for excessive cleaning, if all rules are followed this will be refunded.)

Beautiful and comfortable there were 22 of us and it never felt crowded. I wiuld recommend this place to anyone looking for a spaciousness place for a large group to spend time together. A Wal-Mart super center and an Aldi 15 minutes away and a state park with a nice beach less than 10.

There was plenty of space for our group of 19 ranging in age from 10 months to 82. The accommodations were comfortable and had most everything we needed, even for our Thanksgiving meal. Lovely setting too! We'd definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

My family was all able to gather and stay in this home while visiting Missouri for a family reunion. Everything about our stay here was wonderful…plenty of space for all of us (19 people), a clean home (and I’m big on cleanliness), and a cozy environment. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves…the big kids played games downstairs, the little kids played outside, and the adults gathered to visit in the living room and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful weekend. Plenty of room for all our extended family to spend the day with us Saturday. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Nice view. Small portable ramp made the main level of home wheel chair accessible.

When all or part of our family is able to enjoy time at the lake, the secluded house gives us time to reconnect. From talking, laughing, play games, bag toss tournaments, walks, boating, fishing or just watching the sun set we just can't get enough.
