A cozy, lovingly restored 1950's house. Walking distance to all that Rockport village and Bear Skin Neck has to offer.

The sunshine yellow Holbrook House is set on a quiet side street, and a short walk to Front Beach. Granite cobblestone provides parking spots for 2 cars.

The first bedroom has 2 twin beds. Second bedroom has queen bed. The natural light filled living room features a brick fireplace, flat screen Smart TV with cable and WiFi, window seat to get comfy and read a great book.

Full eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. One full bathroom on second floor and spacious laundry/mud room on first floor.

Stone patio and outdoor shower completed in 2015, making the backyard the perfect space to wash up post-beach days and enjoy al-fresco dining.

Very cozy

The house was clean and comfortable. The weather was not very kind to us but the house was nice and warm. It is in a really good location on a quiet street but in easy walking distance to the town and the beach. There is a nice easy parking space outside which comfortably fitted our hire car and would have taken two. Rockport is very quiet at the end of October and some of the restaurants and cafes had closed for the season but there were still things to do. And the house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to eat in.

Comfortable compact well equipped in peaceful part of town

Ideal for 2 couples or family. You can enjoy town of Rockport as well as the surrounding charms of C. Ann. Frank's thumbnail guide to restaurants was spot on.

Fran's place is so lovely! Tucked away in a quiet street, super clean, and only a short walk into town. We had a great stay!
