Property includes eat-in kitchen, dining room with slider to deck, double living room, hardwood floors, and window A/C units. Six car off street parking - just park your car and explore downtown! Also a short walk (<0.5m) from Rockport station with access to downtown Boston via MBTA commuter rail. Linens and towels provided.

Wonderful house in great location to beach and Rockport shopping. Both decks had great views of the ocean. The house was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The Host and his caretaker were both very responsive to any questions. Very friendly neighborhood. Loved the access to both Front and Back beach.Will definitely plan to come back next year!

Lovely spot across from the beach in Rockport

We had a wonderful time at this property. The interior is amazing from the large eat in kitchen with beautiful countertops and a huge amount of drawers and cupboards stocked with everything. The house has many areas for gathering and beautiful decks on each level with water views. Also, only a ten minute walk to downtown Rockport. We intend to come again.

Great location!

We picked up our daughter from Northeastern for a long weekend. Spent 2 nights here, great location, quaint town. We were walking distance of restaurants and trails. House clean, great to have coffee on the patio and look at the ocean. Would return here.
