Property includes eat-in kitchen, dining room with slider to deck, double living room, hardwood floors, and window A/C units. Six car off street parking - just park your car and explore downtown! Also a short walk (<0.5m) from Rockport station with access to downtown Boston via MBTA commuter rail. Linens and towels provided.

This home was the nicest I have ever stayed in through VRBO. It felt like we lived there, it had everything you could possibly need. Perfect location, and spacious. Very clean, and there was live music our first night at the pavilion nearby, so we had dinner on the deck while listening to music. The town of Rockport is beautiful. I was sad to leave! I highly recommend staying here, it was such a beautiful home.

This was our 4th year renting the beach house. Love the location. The house is very clean and roomy. We spend a lot of time on both decks that have a great view of Back Beach. Mike is easy to get in touch with for any questions.

Strongly recommend. Property manages to be spacious and cozy at the same time, with four indoor gathering spaces and two more outdoor. Six occupants will never feel cramped.Property is tastefully (perhaps professionally) decorated with attention to detail in every room. Parts of this property are historically significant and that is thoughtfully respected. However, the rooms that one wants updated, such as the kitchen and bathrooms, are. All of the technology works and is not bewildering. It does not have a stripped-down-for-outsiders feel. Feels like an occupied residence, not just another property in a real-estate portfolio. It very much feels like a private residence someone cares a great deal about.Very clean.No detail overlooked. Anything even remotely puzzling is thoughtfully labelled, and you won't waste any time trying to decode a houseful of quirks. Then there is the location! Just steps from the ocean with beautiful views and well-appointed grounds. You'll be making your morning coffee in the kitchen with an ocean sunrise, then enjoying it on the deck viewing... an ocean and beach. Walking distance to everything in Rockport.The owner responds to questions quickly and business dealings were uncomplicated. No unreasonable demands.

Wonderful Location

Wonderful house in great location to beach and Rockport shopping. Both decks had great views of the ocean. The house was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The Host and his caretaker were both very responsive to any questions. Very friendly neighborhood. Loved the access to both Front and Back beach.Will definitely plan to come back next year!

Lovely spot across from the beach in Rockport

We had a wonderful time at this property. The interior is amazing from the large eat in kitchen with beautiful countertops and a huge amount of drawers and cupboards stocked with everything. The house has many areas for gathering and beautiful decks on each level with water views. Also, only a ten minute walk to downtown Rockport. We intend to come again.
