Excellent property and exactly as described. Greystones is a lovely town and this property is a very short walk to the beach/ Harbour and near several coffee shops, restaurants/bars. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to the Dart station. This property has two bedrooms upstairs with a double bed in each with two bathrooms, one with full shower. There is great closet space in each bedroom. There is a couch on the main level in the living room with tv, table and 4 chairs and full kitchen. It does have a patio but no chairs out there. If we ever come to Greystones again, we would consider this place again.
