This two-story attached condo has four bedrooms including Master Suite (Queen bed) with a rear balcony, second bedroom has queen bed, third bedroom has day bed, fourth bedroom has two twins and a bunk bed. Central AC means the whole house can be cool. Ceiling fans in three bedrooms. Laundry room and a full bath on each floor in addition to en-suite. One car garage and second car can park on driveway. Outside shower in back for rinsing sand off your body. Front balcony off living room has views of ocean and bay. 3 TVs with basic cable and WiFi throughout.

Our family loves this condo, and we’d like to make it available during the summer so we can go other places as well.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is great. Good neighbors, nice houses. The beach and boardwalk is a 5 minute, 3 block walk. Breakwater Beach Water Park is also about 5 minutes away. The Bay is even closer, in the other direction. We enjoy cool evening breezes from our second floor covered porch.

What makes this property unique

The property was recently constructed so all amenities are newish. We have WiFi throughout, cable TV and a laundry room. We’re in a quiet neighborhood away from the rowdy crowds near the boardwalk.
