Welcome to Lime Kiss Unit A.

This stunningly decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the lower-level unit of the Lime Kiss beach duplex.

The pool located in the backyard is "SHARED" with the upper-level condo (Lime Kiss Unit B),

Located steps to the beach on Anna Maria Island. You'll enjoy peeks of the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony that spans the spacious living area. Prepare a home cooked meal using the stainless-steel appliances and sit down at your dining room table and breakfast bar area.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and a sweet little balcony for those late-night star gazing sessions. The grand bathroom features a walk-in shower with his/her sinks.

Across the hall you will find 2 rooms, one with a set of twin beds and one with a queen size bed. Each room is equipped with plenty of storage space.

The living room area has plenty of room for the whole family to cozy up and watch a movie or sit around and play a board game!

Enjoy the breeze off the balcony or stroll downstairs to the pool to take a dip - pool heat is included!

Whether you want to shop, dine, play or unwind, you are just seconds away from anything you desire!

We LOVED Lime Kiss Condo, it was perfect for our family of four and our grandma who came with us! The condo was clean when we arrived, has a really cute beachy vibe, the sheets and towels were all clean and comfortable, has a perfect little pool that was well kept and clean, it is a perfect location as you can see the golf view from the back deck and is about a 1 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation. We’re already trying to book it for next year! :)

What a beautiful clean vacation home to rent! The kitchen was well stocked with things you need. They give you a welcome bag that has many good things in it to get you started. They had beach chairs and a cart which really made it nice for beach days. I would highly recommend this house to you!

Very nice property. Only reasson for a 4 star would be even though the upstairs apartment guests where being quiet you could still here them walking around. Depending on the guests this could be a real issue.

Great home for a family vacation

My family and I stayed here for three nights while attending a wedding. Everything about this home is fantastic. Whether you want to enjoy the beach, explore the island, or just relax at the pool, you’re always close to the house. Comfortable, clean fully-appointed condo one block off the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a minor issue with a shower faucet and the property manager responded promptly and it was fixed immediately. We will be back next year.

There are some sugar aunts in the master bathroom and kitchen that made for a little annoyance.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Sugar ants can appear rather quickly if open food items are left out for even just a few hours and hopefully the provided Terro bait stations were of some help during your short stay. An inquiry with the next guests did not indicate any further activity of ghost ants.
