The home is light and bright with an open concept, kitchen, living room, and dining table that seats eight and extra large size kitchen island seats, and additional five. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything that you need to whip up a gourmet meal with enough dinnerware for up to 16 people. . With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed, this welcoming property provides terrific accommodation for large groups. The house features a nice office space with a sofa bed, perfect for those who need to catch up on work or simply relax. Guests can take advantage of amenities such as an iron, hair dryer, WiFi, heating, and a washing machine. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and a bathtub. Great house for a big group! Nice little playroom in downstairs area. Playset, grill, and fire pit outside. Little kitchenette in the lower level with another fridge was nice. Overall just a great live in house.

Perfect spot, great location

We loved this space! So much room for our family to be able to spread out and have our own rooms while coming together for card games and meals. It’s a great central location in Fairbanks where lots of spots for food and groceries are only 8-15 minutes away. We loved it! So clean, modern furnishings, it had everything we needed from spices to coffee to extra pillows.

Great stay

The house was in a great location with easy access to the airport, groceries, and places to see the aurora. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Appreciated the addition of the crock pot! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good communication during the entire process. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect homebase for chasing Aurora

Our photo group spent a week at this place and found it to be the perfect homebase for chasing the Aurora and various daytime activities. We loved the house and the location! Plenty of space for our group, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable dining/living room areas. The house is close to the airport, but we did not notice any noise issues. Many aurora viewing spots are within an hour‘s drive and UofA, shopping/downtown area is 15 minutes or less. We even managed daytrips to Denali NP and Chena Hot Springs. We can definitely recommend this place !
