The open floor plan seamlessly connects the family room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a spacious and inviting environment perfect for socializing and entertaining. The kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas range, features a kitchen island that seats two, while the adjacent dining room accommodates eight, making it ideal for family dinners and gatherings.
The villa's outdoor spaces are equally charming. The front porch, with its comfortable seating, invites you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the world go by. At the back, the rear deck features a propane grill and a dining table for eight, perfect for alfresco meals. Beyond the deck, a small fenced-in area provides a safe and convenient space for your dog to play. Additional conveniences include two designated parking spots in the rear and free street parking in the front.
