Iakinthi Villa, a hospitable 3-bedroom Villa, 600 Meters From The Sandy Beach

The 3-bedroom Iakinthi Villa in Stavros village is located 600 meters only from an excellent sandy beach (sunset beach) in the area of Akrotiri and 800 meters from the very beautiful blue beach. The centre of Stavros is 1100 meters away with many local taverns, mini markets and another very nice sandy beach. The town of Chania is 15 km away. A private swimming pool among lovely gardens with a mix of palm trees, pine trees and local plants is provided.

The first floor of the Villa is a big open area divided in two levels, which include an open plan living room with a big flat screen TV, a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a small WC on the upper level, and another smaller living room with a fireplace on the lower level.

Three bedrooms with one en-suite bathroom and another common bathroom are provided on the top floor. The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and two single beds respectively.

Iakinthi Villa has a private swimming pool at the center of a spacious garden, where guests can relax on comfortable sun beds. Big sun umbrellas and a variety of plants and trees with many colors and smells are provided. The whole area of the plot of the villa is 4500 sq m.

A stone-built barbecue, air-conditioning units in all bedrooms, free wireless internet, a private shaded parking area, washing machine, iron, microwave, big electric kitchen, big refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machine are provided.

Family time on Crete

We had a wonderful time, stayed for 9 nights. We are pretty mobile, the walking was not far but warm ish in the pm. Property Manager Alex was great!! Super helpful and available 24/7. Even assisted us later in our time there. Accommodations were private, with comfortable beds and very effective a/c! My family all are voting for a return visit. Plus the owners kept giving us treats!! Including rake and cake and biscuits etc!!

Lovely accommodation and pool

We were very comfortable in the villa although it is more a house than a villa The owners were delightful and hospitable although it would not be appropriate for anyone who couldn't cope with steps and stairs as there were quite a few. The pool and garden area was lovely and well maintained as was the villa with a good deal of thought given to making it comfortable and well equipped. One issue we did notice was that we have had a lot of building work at home and it was ironic to arrive and find building going on in the next plot along Having said that it wasn't particularly intrusive or noisy and wont be there for long I imagine as they seem to work everyday but you are aware of it if sitting on the balconies during the daytime both of which are on that side of the house. It's walking distance from our favourite restaurants in Stavros and on Blue beach and generally a nice quiet area. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and feel we can definitely recommend it especially for families.
