As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Located just outside of Fredericksburg, you are 4 miles away to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/airbnb fees, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.

- This property is suitable for children/infants.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
