Great Room / Living Room with cathedral ceiling and a ships propelled ceiling fan, has plenty of comfortable seating and dinning arrangements. 37” LCD with Home Theater Surround System, Cable and Internet, included. Couch has Queen Sleeper, for occasional overnight guest. Pocket door to remainder of unit for privacy and noise reduction.
Step out onto a very large private composite deck, with all new dinning and lounging furniture, rugs, Brand New Weber, stainless steel gas grill (with Gas) and plenty of other seating and storage for cushions. Palm tree sway, all summer, and plenty of umbrellas around the deck for shade during those hot summer days.

Tiled / quartz, Kitchen fully equipped with gourmet cookware, fine china, glassware and silverware, with lots of unusual entertaining pieces. Washer and dryer are located in this unit.
Two Bedrooms are divided by a sliding wall, which can turn this space into one large suite. Many windows let you have plenty of sunshine, but have included blackout shades and curtains.
One Bath Room-Spotless with plenty of storage. New walk in shower.
There are Two, entrances to this unit. Front door with grand hardwood staircase and a sliding back door, from deck, that leads down to back yard and garden.
Hardwood floors flow throughout this unit and many decorative area rugs for comfort and noise reduction.
The best is always last and that’s the fully enclosed OUT DOOR SHOWER. I stock it with many hair and body products, for my summer tenants.

All bathing towels and cleaning supplies are included. I leave plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, plastics, spices, to start you off.
