We had family from Missouri come and meet us while on their roadtrip and the stay and home was wonderful. Super clean. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beds were perfect! Bathrooms were Great. Backyard with BBQ table and chairs, TV worked out great for us. Close to everything, grocery. Monterey, Carmel and Pacific Grove. Thank you Vincent.

An overall great stay. Vincent answered any messages I sent within minutes. We had trouble locking the back door and he was over to help within 15 minutes. There were plenty of towels and blankets which was great because usually towels are limited. The house was very clean and was in a nice safe neighborhood. Overall we were all very impressed!

We were a group of seven adults. There was not enough seating on the front porch to enjoy the evening, there were only four chairs at a high top table on the patio, and not enough seating in the living room to watch a ball game.

Thank you for the feedback, outside there is a high top table that seats four and there is a bench that seats three. The open concept living and dining area provide a total of twelve seats between the dining room table and couch. Thank you!

Spotless, so clean it gelt like we were the first ever guests!Bedrooms nicely spaced for privacy and have beautiful en suite’s We didn’t actually cook but the bit that we used the kitchen we found it very well-equipped.Great place for our family to gather while visiting for a wedding…highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Vincent and his property are the best of short term rentals. The place was thoughtfully designed and appointed to anticipate the full and enjoyable use from a guest's perspective. Lovely en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, televisions inside and out, and a ton of extra touches. Immaculately clean, feels brand new. Great location and easy to find and check in. Vincent was always very fast to respond (minutes) and also kind and flexible. Our stay with 7 guests was perfect in every way!

Loved the house! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfy beds. My only complaint is the water pressure in the main bedrooms bathroom was a dribble out of the shower head.

The house is excellent. It was clean, had a full assortment of kitchen pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The bedrooms are large and the neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The location is excellent and close to everything from Highway 1, to Carmel Bay, and downtown. Wi-Fi was excellent. The fourth bedroom is an add-on in a casita outside the back door. The host contacts you immediately for any questions you have (he overnighted us dishwasher tabs as we were low). Would highly recommend this place to families traveling in the area.

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was exactly as listed and probably the cleanest rental we’ve stayed at. Vincent was quick to respond to any messages and clearly communicated the check in & check out process. It was closely located to all the things we planned to do while we were there (Carmel, Monterey/Cannery Row, grocery stores, shopping, etc.) This home was the icing on the cake for our family vacation! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
