This beach front one story 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooom home is located within the private gated community of Monterey Dunes Colony. The home offers expansive sweeping views of the ocean. This private end unit offers a quiet secluded getaway perfect for those wishing to relax and unwind at the beach. Walk down a private boardwalk through the flowering dunes and arrive at a mile long white sand beach. Enjoy long walks on the beach, shell collecting, birdwatching, or just playing in the sand.

If you're looking for more activity, the clubhouse offers tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, bocci ball, a heated swimming pool (from Easter to October) and hot tub.

For those wishing to explore, the home is located just south of Moss Landing harbor which offers, antiquing, wonderful local restaurants and markets, kayacking, and wildlife tours. We are also loacted within 25 minutes of Monterey's Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Dennis the Menace Park, Carmel by the Sea, 17 Mile Drive, and world renouned golf courses such as Pebble Beach and Spanish Bay. These areas offer shopping, art galleries, wine tastings, and gourmet dining.

The home offers spectacular ocean vews from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Private ocean front deck off of living room and master bedroom to enjoy the views and sea air. Private enclosed patio area leading to garage for easy unloading of personal items.

Home sleeps 6 comfortably and has newly remodeled bathrooms and flooring. Master bedroom has king sized bed and new flat screen streaming TV. Living room has new flat screen TV and selection of videos, DVDs, and books. 2 twin beds and 1 king sized bed in additional guest rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, new living room furniture, and linens throughout. Free Wifi. Child friendly, with pack-n-play and booster seat on site.

Place garbage in cans near garage and take recycling to the recycling center at the clubhouse (near the hot tub).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fires are not permitted on the beach or in the dunes.
Guests must use boardwalks and may not walk through the dunes (the endangered snow plover resides in the dunes).
Guests must park in garage or designated parking space for our unit.

Private Beachfront Paradise

The privacy of this beachfront home is unrivaled! Our family of 6 adults came to escape the heat and enjoy the beach and this property delivered! The unit itself is clean and has everything you could need for cooking and entertainment! The short walk to the beach (maybe a minute) is down a well-maintained boardwalk. Once you get to the beach- you have all the open space you could want. Often, we were the only ones on the beach! It is also centrally located for trips to Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel. We would definitely stay here again!

Open design of kitchen, living room and dining area gave an incredible view of the ocean visited by local birds like pelicans etc. Conveniently located to hiking, nature preserves and super market. Owner very responsive to our inquiries.. House exceeded our expectations!!!
