Lake front updated cabin-close to everything!!

Beautiful Lake Erie views from the front deck and rear yard!! Enjoy a beautiful fire while cooking on the charcoal bbq grill. High speed Wi-Fi & VERY short drive to Geneva on the lake strip & Ashtabula Harbor restraunt and breweries!!! This bungalow is placed in a very desired safe community. There is two 75” smart TVs along w kids 55” tv in back of home. There is one large master bedroom with a king size bed, there is two pull out sofa beds in the Living room!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The place was good. There were a few little things that we didn’t care for. There were no nightstands, my husband uses a CPap machine & rather than put it on the floor he had to bring up a chair from the dining room table. Another little thing was the bathroom mirror was so high that I couldn’t see anything.

Very disappointed! Property should NOT be advertised as Lake Front when it is clearly Lake View. We were misled and believed property was facing lake. Clearly not facing lake and there was another property between this one and the lake. Neighbor’s 4 cats were crawling all over our deck. We could not enjoy sitting on the deck with the cats urinating and defecating on the deck. The two small coffee makers in the kitchen were a joke. Neither one of them worked ! A bug crawled into my ear while I was sleeping on the sofa in the living room. The mirror in the bathroom was clearly meant for giants over 7 feet tall. Could not even look into that bathroom mirror because it was so very high ! Very, very disappointed.

Not sure how this is not lake view when you have a direct lake view from back yard. It’s clearly described in allotment. You were the first complaint out of 50 about this property.
