Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House Rules to follow. 1: Only registered guests are allowed. Extra guests must be approved in advance or may result in cancellation without refund.
2:No parties or loud gatherings. 3: Keep doors/windows closed while A/C on. Turn off when leaving. 4:No pets: $300 USD fine plus cleaning damage costs
5: Common areas: Be respectful and keep noise down. 6: No smoking: $300 USD ($6,000 MXN) fee if smoked detected, plus damages or lost reservations.

Check in was a breeze, very clean home and area. Area was very quiet and access to xcaret was about 10-15 min drive. We downloaded the app indrive and its affordable way to move around. Thank you for the restful stay and look forward to more visits.
