O imóvel precisa de reparos . O prédio é muito vulnerável em termos de portaria...qualquer um entra

O espaço do imóvel é bom . O proprietário tbem é bem prestativo. Só mesmo alguns cuidados com as instalações.

O apartamento é muito bom, é perto da praia, lugar gostoso e silencioso. Acho que precisa de alguns reparos mas não prejudicou a estadia. Gostei muito.
