This apartment features a suite and two bedrooms, total of 2 bathrooms, barbecue on the balcony, kitchen, TV room, dining room, laundry room, all rooms with designed furniture, all very new. The building has a pool, sauna, games room, lounge parties, gym, underground garage, nautico closet, elevators, 24 hour concierge. It is a few meters from the sea, about 1 minute walk. It is on the edge of Praia Grande, the noble side. Where the sand and whiter and bluer and clean water.

Ótima localização

O apartamento é bem perto da praia e de loo oi cais como restaurante e supermercado. O prédio está passando por melhorias na academia. O apartamento vale o investimento, não é grande, mas é o suficiente para até oito pessoas. Precisa de utensílios novos (panelas, copos, talheres) e talvez ventiladores de teto.

Proprietário não resolve problemas

Não recomendo. Não gostei. Tive um problema com um tal "síndico", liguei para o proprietário Gervásio e ele rejeitou todas minhas ligações. O Gervásio fez questão de fazermos um contrato o qual não foi cumprido por parte dele.

O Hóspede ingeriu bebida alcoólica em excesso e desobedeceu regras do condomínio como uso de som e copos de vidro na piscina. Brigou com o síndico e enviou mensagens ofensivas de cunho racial em relação ao Sindico. Não recomendo esse hóspede de forma alguma

EXCELENTE, ALUGUEM TRANQUILOS.

Se pudéssemos avaliar cem vezes, todas seriam com cinco estrelas. O senhor Gervásio é uma pessoa muito gentil e esteve sempre disposto a tirar nossas dúvidas e nos ajudar. Fomos em sete pessoas e todos concordaram que o apartamento é espaçoso, muito confortável e pertinho da praia. Na realidade perto de tudo: supermercado, farmácia, distribuidora de bebidas. O condomínio também é muito organizado, os funcionários da portaria são prestativos e a área da piscina é tranquila e segura. As únicas duas coisas que não tem no apartamento são internet wi-fi e ar-condicionado, mas isso não influenciou em nada na qualidade do nosso passeio. No geral a nossa experiência foi excelente e com certeza alugaremos novamente esse apartamento nas próximas viagens para Ubatuba.

Péssimo check in, precisava imprimir uma folha porem o anfitrião nao informou, imagina achar alguem que imprimisse algo em pleno dia 27/01 as 12:00 (viajamos durante a madrugada) e ainda com a loucura que a cidade estava com devido ao final do ano, foi terrivel! Chegamos e o apartamento estava imundo, o chão todo limboso e imediatamente tivemos que passar pano no chão para conseguir pisar nele, fora isso com o calor tinha 3 pequenos ventildores e o apartamento é muito quente restando em um calor intenso internamento. Em resumo ficamos bem desapontados com a falta de zelo e atencao do anfitrião e nao indicamos.

Ótimo Apartamento, localização excelente.

Estive com a família no apartamento do dia 6 a 12.01.2017, somente a 3 minutos de caminhada até a praia, local seguro por tratar-se de diversos prédios que ficam numa rua sem saída. Um restaurante muito bom pertinho do apartamento, além de uma estrutura muito boa nas imediações, padaria, mercado, etc....Passamos dias maravilhosos, muito sol; o que se vê na foto é o que realmente consta no apartamento. O proprietário Gervásio muito atencioso nos contatos, bem como o zelador do prédio. Apesar desse apartamento ainda não possuir ar condicionado, recomendo a todos.
