Nestled in the heart of the north Georgia mountain town of Ellijay is this NEW upscale, cozy cottage. This beautiful home has been thoughtfully decorated to bring in the warmth of its natural setting which can only be upstaged by the back porch living area; featuring plenty of seating for watching the big game, enjoying a nice meal or soaking in our extra large hot tub. Guest will love the close proximity to local points of interest-fishing, hiking, downtown shopping/dining, and more!
The space
Prepare to be wowed by this new construction cottage in the heart of Ellijay!
Located in the private, gated community of Coosawatee River Resort, guests are free to enjoy all this community has to offer, including-catch and release fishing, recreation center, indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, playgrounds, riverside picnic areas, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and more!

***Guests will be charged an additional $59 resort fee that will be requested by host after booking is confirmed***

INSIDE:
The home boasts an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. There is a large mudroom off the kitchen with washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also feature king beds, generous size closets, and share a bathroom.

OUTSIDE:
Guests will enjoy plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Relax on the front porch Adirondack chairs while sipping coffee and watching the deer in the yard or head out the back porch to grill out, enjoy dinner, watch some tv, or soak in the oversized hot tub.

The homes proximity to local points of interest is fantastic…Only minutes to downtown Ellijay, many wineries, hiking/biking trails, and more!

Annual after Christmas get away

Annually we take one of our children and grandchildren on a small get away after Christmas. We wanted to stay locally (2 hours away) this year and absolutely LOVE the cabin. It was very well kept and in a great location.

The Most Relaxing Stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying here. The only regret is not booking for a longer stay. The house was decorated so nicely and super clean. We loved the patio the hot tub and will certainly be booking again in the near future. The host was super helpful and available when needed. This is such a hidden gem!

Great Mountain Getaway

We wanted a quick trip to the mountains during fall break to hike, visit pumpkin patches, and pick apples. This location was perfect and the house is brand new and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is huge, so it's a 20+ minute drive to any of the amenities, but the quiet porch (with TV, dining table, and hot tub) were perfect for my family. We roasted marshmallows every night in the bonfire and saw so many deer! Only complaint was the beds are super hard, so if you're used to sleeping on something a little softer, it might be hard to get used to.

Would highly recommend this property. The house was like new and was decorated beautifully. We all enjoyed the large hot tub and watching the deer. Located close to everything in Elijay.
