Excellent location right on the boardwalk few steps from the beach and with ocean view. The host is very friendly and the check and check out process easy as can be with keyless access. We enjoyed watching the sunrise right from our balcony and the best place to watch Thursday night fireworks. The place is very clean, has a great kitchenette with all you need and smart TVs so you can access your streaming services. The place is pretty much sound proof from all the noise of the boardwalk and the piers. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely use this again if we come to OCMD.

It was a perfect time to be in Ocean City - fewer crowds and moderate temperatures. We enjoyed our five day stay. The management company was very helpful and the unit was clean and nicely decorated. As the description says, it's an older building and there could be a bit more maintenance but the view is wonderful and the location is perfect if you want to enjoy the boardwalk activities. It's also surprisingly quiet inside the unit, regardless of the noise from the boardwalk..We visited Berlin, MD, Assateague and Chincoteague also and it was a great base for day trips.

Spacious condo right on the boardwalk with a nice balcony overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Fast wifi and two streaming TVs, really close to everything, parking in the back. Really good value for how much space you're getting and where it's situated. Building itself is a little dated but part of the charm. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is where all of the action is so make sure you are aware there will be some noise. But surprisingly less than I had expected. The room is right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better view of the fireworks we had front row seats from the balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and having a kitchen was so convenient. Kelly was extremely accommodating as a host. Easy to reach and responded quickly. We had one concern at the beginning of our stay and it was addressed immediately. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I would love to stay again.

We booked a last minute trip and are so happy we found this place! The location was perfect- a block from the Jolly Roger Amusement Park on the boardwalk. I thought the noise level was good considering where it is located. I have problems sleeping in general and it didn’t keep me awake. Being surrounded by the energy of the boardwalk overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The window AC unit works great in the front living area/room with pullout sofa but it’s not quite as cool in the bedroom. I sleep hot in general and travel with a fan. So with my fan, ceiling fan and keeping the doors open to the main area we were comfortable and slept well. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. We needed an iron and ironing board so I reached out to Kelly and someone brought one right over. Pay attention to the parking. Our vehicle fit in the assigned spot just fine with room for cars in the other spots. However, another guest tried to park their minivan next to our spot over the line into my spot. I pulled up as this was happening and asked him politely to move over so I could fit in my spot. He did and we didn’t have any issues after that. If that happens, it’s not the fault of management as they have clear instructions and a lot just around the corner with a discounted rate if necessary. Also, if stairs are a problem there is only stair access- no elevator. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!
