2135 Hilton Avenue Vrbo Duplex

This newly remodeled duplex unit is the perfect home base for your trip to Fairbanks. With 2 soothing bedrooms, each with a queen bed, this pleasant property offers a comfortable stay for guests. The modern tiled bathroom features a refreshing shower, including soaps and shampoo. A hair dryer is also available for your convenience. In addition, the living room provides a smart TV and ample seating. Stay connected with WiFi and take advantage of amenities like a washing machine with laundry detergent, dryer, heating, and an iron.

The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher with soap, microwave, electric stove top and oven, Butcher block counter and other cutting boards, Instant Pot, Blender with multiple bullets, Rice Cooker, Crock Pot, Coffee Pot with Coffee and filters, Electric Water boiler, Toaster, Fully stocked Pots and Pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, and utensils. An assortment of spices is also available.

There is a plug in for your vehicle at the front steps for the winter months.

This Vrbo unit is 1 block from the city bus line and next to Pioneer Park. It is a short walk from the Carlson Center, Growden Baseball Park, Ruth Burnett Fish Hatchery, McDonalds, and Great Harvest Bakery.

There is a large deck off the back of the Vrbo with bbq grill, table, and chairs. This is a great space during May through September.

Enjoy all that Fairbanks has to offer when you stay at our place. You will be comfortable and self contained during you visit.

Blinds are Black out to limit sunlight in the summer months. A new cot with extra bedding is available for the 4th person if they aren't able to share the second queen.

2 bd room is Perfect for our 4 adults. As in photos. GREAT fresh ground coffee. Well appointed spaces and i Agee with other reviews. Great Location no matter what season. Walkable even to downtown. Bummer city busses werent running frequently as stops are literally at the corner. Brian was responsive and SUPER helpful from within hrs of making reservation thru checkin- Wonderful host. Although dim, could even view aurora from back yard!

Everything was great. Pros: Clean, Pots n Pans, Seasonings, Nice and Warm, Comfy Couches, and Quiet neighborhood. Cons: Smoke alarm was easily set off if you had food cooking in the oven. Happened enough times that I just pulled my food out and tapped out so not to keep causing a disturbance. Was stocked with everything for coffee, just not coffee. Lol. Trash Cans were full whgich I felt bad that I could not take the trash out prior to leaving. Overall: Great Stay! Would definitely stay here again (and buy coffee on my way in, Lol) Would recommend to others.

Comfortable and convenient

This duplex was ideal for us. Great location in the middle of Fairbanks, comfortable rooms and beds, lots of open space, and all the conveniences. The kitchen is very well stocked for a longer stay. Owner was very helpful and informative before our stay. Would highly recommend for a comfortable spot in town.

Nice place to stay in Fairbanks. Great location. Clean. Bathroom is nice, kitchen was good, pots/pans & all you need. Drip coffee maker. Washer & dryer were a lifesaver. One turn is a bit tricky, but once you know it’s a frontage road you’re looking for it’s a non issue.

Very nice!

Very clean. Everything was clean! Good beds and pillows, with plenty of extra blankets. Large TV. However, no DVD player. It could probably use some books, puzzles and a few movies. The art work on the walls was amazing! Beautiful. Nice flatware, glasses and dishes. No thin little cooking pots here....It would be nice to have one little pot for like a can of soup. There is a nice salad size bowl. It's in a very good location. On a quiet street. We went for a walk. I would most certainly come back here.
