Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is in the central location of Lake Gaston, which is very important to me growing up in the city to not have to drive 40 mins for groceries. Lake access is a 2-min walk away. Local restaurants, watersport rentals and all things essentials are only a 2-minute drive!
What makes this property unique
Free firewood. Compliments from the trees in my backyard!
