These brand-new homes have it all and are beautifully decorated with designer finishes. You`ll enjoy beautiful large open floor plans with living and dining space, and a complete kitchen. Bed Layouts in each home: Downstairs Two Bedrooms with King Beds, Primary Bedroom upstairs with King Bed and ensuite bath, Two additional Upstairs Bedrooms with King Beds, Sleeper Sectional Futon in one bonus room and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Downstairs Living Rooms. The first floor is an open floor plan kitchen, living, dining areas with a long hallway off the areas leading to the first floor bedrooms and stairs to the upper level. There is an attached two car garage at the rear of each home as well as large driveway parking.
Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.
Guests have access to the entire two private homes and attached two car garages. There is a smart lock with unique code for each stay, as well as security system and entry cameras.
Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved
• Check-out is 10AM CST
• No parties or events.
• Residential Neighborhood with Street Parking.
• Attached Garage Parking Provided for 4 small to midsize vehicles.
• No pets
• No smoking
• No Decorations unless approved by host and $250 refundable fee is paid
• Quiet hours 10pm-7am
•No locals without approval and signing separate rental agreement
•Insurance requires company collection of driver`s license and ID and age verification from responsible party
•Any tampering or disabling of exterior monitoring devices including but not limited to cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund
•No firearms or weapons allowed on the property unless guest provides documentation that they are law enforcement.
•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.
