Met My Expectations

Im local to the area and just needed a place near downtown Fairfield for the week. Place was everythig I expected. Apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and owner was communicative and helpful when needed.

We travel to CT often as our daughter is in college in the New Haven area and we needed a place to stay during a very busy time - homecoming, parent’s weekend, etc. We decided to try this place in BlackRock and were pleasantly surprised. The area is super cute and has so many restaurants, etc in walking distance. A nice bonus was the coffee shop across the street. This little condo was great for what we needed. It had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The beds were super comfortable! And the little kitchen area had everything one would need for making a quick meal, even though we did not need that for this trip. Street parking was close and easy to find.

The place was great but one thing the listing doesn’t tell you is that there is no living room or couch. Even though it has two bedrooms, it feels more like a studio apartment.

They Stayed for two nights, they had issues with being on the first floor and having a basement underneath them. They were refunded for the rest of their stay even though our policy clearly states that you will get half. Worked diligently to help accommodate but you can't please everyone
