Manatee Condo Stay

First of all, the communication with the owner Matt, was excellent. We stayed for 2 months. Upon arriving we were greeted by Matt who walked us through the condo explaining some of the nuances (key pads, elevator, parking, etc.) The condo was beautiful, spacious & clean. The appliances were top of the line. The kitchen was well stocked & organized. We loved having a garage as well as a Blackstone grill also. We saw manatees every day in the marina as well as dophins on occasion. The neighbors were very friendly. Matt was an awesome host. We would definitely rent again.
