We loved our stay in North Conway!The location of the house was ideal on a quiet street just two blocks from the main drag. It was an easy walk into the center of town for a meal and shopping. This house has a huge backyard which is completely fenced making it ideal for our young children and dogs. We enjoyed several evening campfires after a long day of hiking and tubing. The house was comfortable, clean and and well equipped. We hope to come back next year!!

This house was PERFECT for our group. The house was very clean. Check in was super easy. Plenty of room for cars. Host was very helpful and nice. Kitchen was stacked with anything we need. The furniture was all very comfy. The backyard/ deck area was an awesome spot for an afternoon rest. The house is located within walking distance to the main road with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Loved having 3 full bathrooms with our two families. The front porch was a very relaxing spot to read and enjoy a coffee.

Great Location! It was nice to be able to walk to town and a short ride to the grocery stores. The house was very clean with plenty of room for our party of 10. The back yard is large and private, we brought along a corn hole set. The neighbors of the shared driveway were very friendly and offered to help when my sons car battery died.We had a great time, Thanks!

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. The listing photos made the property appear much nicer than it actually is.One of our biggest frustrations was discovering that towels were not provided and guests were expected to bring their own. Had I noticed that before booking, I would have chosen a different property.The home had a musty, tired smell rather than the fresh, clean feeling we expect from a vacation rental. The furniture also felt worn and in need of updating. The layout was unusual, with some bedrooms opening directly into other bedrooms, making privacy difficult. The bathrooms were extremely small, and the narrow, creaky stairways required extra caution because of the low head clearance.During our stay, portions of the upstairs repeatedly lost power, requiring us to reset the breaker several times. The host promptly arranged for an electrician to come out, but the cause of the problem was not found, and the issue continued throughout our stay. The host did provide a 200 refund to compensate us for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.Communication with the host was generally courteous, although responses were not as prompt as we’ve experienced with other VRBO rentals.On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient and close to town, and the home has a large deck, a spacious backyard with a fire pit, and attractive front landscaping.

I've had many, many renters, and no one has ever complained about bringing towels, I'm sorry you felt that way period it's also listed in listing that it's an old building with lots of character.
