Upon your checkin, my house was clean.You and your guest left my house so dirty with broken shades, garbage throughout and a broken flat screen tv. The cleaners were cleaning, repairing and replacing things for six hours. The guest that came in after you left me a 6 out of 10 review due to the condition you left my house. The cleaning ran into the next guests check in time. This made it hard to do a proper cleaning since the guest checked while the cleaners were in the house. It was a mistake giving you a 10 star review, you really are not a responsible renter. The condition in which you left my house looked like you had a 10 day frat party. So in the future, please be considerate and respect other people’s property. You cost me money and a bad review

All in all, this was a bad situation for the renter and the host! Prior to checkin, you were informed that the house cleaners were running late due to the mess that the previous guests made. Shades were broken and replaced and garbage throughout the house. We had to purchase a new Roku tv and program the remotes. I apologize for this but it was out of our hands. It’s very hard to clean, repair and replace things while the guests are in the house. It’s very hard to clean around the guests, especially the floors since most of you were all walking around. I wish that you mentioned in this review that we purchased all new towels and sheets for you. You also should mention that you told the cleaner that you had no problem placing the towels in the dryer. If you had an issue, she would have taken the sheets/towels to the laundry mat. I am sincerely sorry about this and want to stress how inconsiderate the previous renters were which led to this. I welcome you to come back on the house so we can show you how sorry we are and show you how our normal rentals work. Take care!

During your entire stay, I never received a phone call regarding your issues. I have been in contact with Vrbo and Globali Insurance due to your stay. You flooded my bathroom, I now have to call a plumber. I had to pay a cleaner an extra $200 because of the mess left by you. We left you 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom which equals 8. Per your lease and instructions, you are to replace propane and I would have reimbursed you immediately. I leave 2 towels and 2 face clothes per guest. There’s a washer and dryer if you needed to wash your towels. Also, if you didn’t flood my bathroom, your daughter might have stayed. I now have water damage and an odor due to you. I should have received a call from you immediately regarding the bathroom not after you checked out. You have a lot of nerve expecting some type of refund.
