Home was beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Host communicated well. Walking distance to the beach and town, and a short drive to Gloucester and Boston. Fantastic!

Beautiful house, lots of places and nooks to sit and enjoy. Great ammenities, very cozy, well stocked. A short walk to the beach to enjoy sunrises..A short walk to city center, friendly people, great art scene. We loved our stay and would love to come again.

This property is exactly as the photos and listing portrayed, even better. There was plenty of room for our family and our only regret was that we didn't have the opportunity to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoor space, due to cool and rainy weather. We loved the neighborhood and the neighbors were great. We had a couple of minor issues with a door when we first arrived and the property managers answered our messages and calls very quickly and the issues were resolved. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Rockport. Don't hesitate to book this property!

3.5/5 The house and property was great. There was a heating issue the host had some difficulty solving in a timely manner (one night with no heat in the upstairs, but heat was able to travel upward from the main floor). Host was professional and pleasant in their communication, and the house was otherwise a beautiful location to spend a Christmas vacation with family!

The house was adorable and in a great location. The house was clean and cozy. The only issue we had was there were tiny ants. We had to throw away food as the ants got into packaging. These items were in the cabinets and sealed like they should be but the ants made their way in anyway. Other than that the home was great. The host was amazing and very good with communication.

The rental was very nice and comfortable. It was also stocked with everything you could need. The yard was so beautiful-our family spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying this plus some bonus wild life sightings including 2 small deer. The location was great-walking distance to Bearskin Neck and there is also a small beach down the same street that the rental is on. The host was great-very quick responses to any questions.
