Skye & Star's Oasis in Terra Lago, Pool,Spa,Desert Vibes!

Step into vacation mode as you enter Terra Lago, with its stunning mountain views, serene lake, and immaculate grounds. Our 2,700 sq. ft. home is located on a quiet street and is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy mountain views from every window and peaceful lake views from the front bedrooms.

The Space
Located near festivals, golf, and tennis, our bright, open home features high-quality furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms (one downstairs, three upstairs). Each upstairs bedroom has its own private bathroom. A spacious loft offers additional sleeping and lounge space with a queen cabinet bed, sofa, and TV.

The backyard is a tranquil oasis with a 20-foot pool (6-foot deep end, Baja shelf), spa, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Sunbathe on four loungers, relax under tiki umbrellas, or enjoy meals al fresco with provided outdoor dishes.

Family-Friendly Features
We’ve included games, books, toys, a pack ‘n play, and a booster seat with a tray. Children’s dishes are also available.

Guest Access
The house is entirely yours except for the maid’s closet. Enjoy parking for up to four cars in the driveway and garage. A Blackstone grill is available for use near the lake, and the backyard also features a grill and dining area.

Pool & Outdoor Rules
• No glass, running, or food in the pool area.
• Dry off before entering the house.
• Store towels, floats, and toys after use.
• Please request pool heating 24 hours in advance (fees may apply due to time of year)
• Take care to secure umbrellas and cushions during windy conditions.

House Rules
• No parties, loud noise, or unregistered guests.
• HOA regulations enforce quiet hours and street parking restrictions (no parking 2 a.m.–6 a.m.).
• Treat furniture, décor, and linens with care.
• Report any damages or issues promptly.

Please use the thermostat efficiently, turn off lights and appliances when not in use, and follow guidelines for grills and outdoor equipment. By booking, you accept full responsibility for your group’s safety and any damages.

Why they chose this property

We choose this neighborhood for the tennis! Aleksey does a camp during the big BNP tennis tournament and we needed a house to host his campers! We also have always loved a desert getaway and fell in love with the mountain views and lake! We love being so close to wonderful hikes, restaurants, festivals, golf etc.! This neighborhood offers complete peace and tranquility and we are so grateful to get to share it with our guests!

What makes this property unique

I think our property is unique because we thought deeply about every detail to make you comfortable during your stay. This is not a "turn & burn" type of property run by a big management company. We are a family and this is our home. It is super well stocked with all your kitchen needs and linens. We don't limit you on paper towels or tp etc like some places do. And if we are low on something we will get it to you asap or if there is something specific you need for your stay we will have it sent over immediately. One guest needed parchment paper, no problem! There is not much that we can not accommodate! And most importantly we have hired a TOP dollar house keeper and pay her far more than we charge our guests because cleanliness and organization is extremely important to us. She has gotten us all 5 star reviews and she goes above and beyond. We also decorated everything very warmly and homey sourcing high end furnishing and linens. We are always available for conversation and we take our time with each guest and their needs. It's only us so you will not get lost in the shuffle with many managers. We welcome you with all the love!
