Saltwater Pool & Spa, plenty of outdoor seating, Racetrack for Kids to play on the Razor and Pedal Bikes. Enjoy the Sunset going down over the mountain view while seated around the firepit. New furniture in our living room and dining, new flooring, spacious kitchen to entertain at the twin kitchen islands - fully stocked. Minutes to the Polo Grounds.
New Game Room with vintage pool table, ping pong, arcade, basketball, darts, poker table and 75" television in this air-conditioned space nearly 1,000 sqft. Large eat-in kitchen with double islands and 2 separate dining areas, along with dining in the outdoor patio, seating for 24 persons. Heated Pool at no add'l charge! Firepit, mini-golf and a paved racetrack for the Kids to run the bikes included at the home. 3 of the bedrooms are ensuite and then the bunkbed room has it's own bath as well. 85" television and plenty of seating for the party in the living room.
This is a 3000 sqft home with a new Game Room, air-conditioned, and this has a private yard with heated pool, spa, firepit, mini-golf, outdoor dining, bbq grill and a paved racetrack for the Kids to run the Razor and pedal bikes included.
We are available by phone and text; also just minutes away if you need us to come to the home.
Enjoy our gated community of Montage; we are just a few blocks from the Polo Grounds ; approx. 3 miles to the Village of La Quinta; close to shopping and restaurants.
Great neighborhood to walk around. Parking is limited to 3-4 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage, if needed; we have an EV Charger also. Street parking is only available until 10:00 pm.
Private gated community of Montage is just a few blocks from the Polo Grounds and about 10 minutes from La Quinta; make a day trip to Joshua Tree.
