Windsor at Westside = AMAZING!!! Beautiful and spacious home!!!! LOVED IT!

We originally booked a 6br 4ba house but on check-in day, our reservations rep called us to inform us that due to unforeseen circumstances we had been upgraded to an 8b 6ba house. The house was huge, very clean, spotless! The resort clubhouse and resort pool area was gorgeous. It was beyond our expectations. We had an amazing vacation and could not be happier with our stay. The only downside to staying here was that the distance to Universal Studios, International Drive and Downtown Orlando was farther than we expected (35-40 min drive) but all in all we did not care. Disney was 15-25 min depending on time and traffic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE & BOOKING WITH GLOBALRESORTS.

House was nice, but was infested with roaches

Unfortunately, the appliances and entire first floor common area was infested with roaches. Large to newly hatched roaches were found throughout and we had to vacate the premises shortly after our initial arrival. Sadly, we were in prime vacation season and find another home was all but impossible. The management company was responsive and we were told they took out the appliances and sprayed everything to kill off the bugs, but there was no way we were returning. As a result, we cannot leave a positive review. The amenities of the house were nice, and rooms were in good shape. However, when you turn on the oven to cook dinner and roaches crawl out of the buttons and cracks of the appliance up the walls, there is no way you can try and live in that and possibly even take them all home with you. Management company did their best to try and remedy our problems, but again, we never got a house equal to what we were supposed to be getting due to season. So keep that in mind folks when renting a house.
